I have been working in the real estate industry since 2013, after graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in Business, with a Marketing concentration. My experience ranges from managing investment properties and managing teams of real estate professionals to completing property purchases and sales. One of my specialty areas is determining investment property cash flow. Given my prior property management experience, I am better able to help investors determine types of properties, location and condition that will best provide a positive, consistent cash flow as a long term investment. Additionally, I have experience facilitating 1031 Exchange transactions, for investors looking to grow or change their existing portfolios.
As a property investor myself, I understand the emotions and responsibilities associated with these types of sales and purchases. In addition to property investments, I have experience working with first-time home buyers, FHA buyers and VA buyers as well. Another service that I also offer is providing advice to sellers for listing preparation, and coordinating said conditioning work with a variety of vendors; this includes, but is not limited to, turnover work that may be necessary following a tenant move-out. I work with a list of screened vendors that provide high-quality work, generally priced at or below market value, to optimize your experience and income.
When I'm not selling properties, you can find me riding my motorcycle through the Rockies, playing volleyball, hiking, camping or backpacking with my two dogs. While I believe that nothing is more advantageous than working hard, I still believe that playing hard is critical to optimizing performance in all capacities.
