Brad has been a professional in the real estate industry now for 12 strong years and holds himself to a higher level of service to the people he helps. He has seen the good, the bad and the ugly years of real estate. He's worked with an unparalleled commitment to achieve the goals he has through a "high risk / high reward" outlook on life. With that, he's learned many valuable lessons giving him the skill sets and experience to help facilitate transactions across all facets of real estate.

Brad has worked as a New Home Sales Manager for the sale of a 147 condominium community giving him the in-depth knowledge of operations in a new home development. He handled the entire community's operations from managing staff on day to day tasks to closing the sales.

He has also built a strong portfolio in investment acquisitions for REIT's, investors and owner/users. In addition to commercial acquisitions, he facilitates real estate site selections and strategic analyses for large retail and office tenants to expand into new markets. 

Before entering real estate, Brad played hockey for 21 years. He worked his way up climbing the ranks to the professional level playing on Detroit, Nashville and San Jose's farm teams. They were the feeder teams in which the NHL groomed players. He had a reputation of being one of the quickest goalie's and a person doesn't get there without doing more than what is simply asked of them. He worked extremely hard on his skills in hopes of reaching that final level but realized where his true passion now lies - in real estate.



Extensive experience in office management, transaction coordination and facilitation of marketing/advertising makes Trystica a true asset giving High Rock the needed boost to perform at the top of the market. Maria Smith started her career early on in her professional life in International Supply chain. She completed her Masters in Organizational Leadership in which she helped organizations develop, create and grow their Sales Department as a VP of Sales. Her number one focus was the satisfaction of her clients.
